Job Brief:

As a Strategy Analyst, you will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping and operationalizing Wahed's strategic direction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework - ensuring that our high-level vision is translated into actionable, measurable outcomes. This role will provide broad exposure across all aspects of the business- including Product, Growth, Operations, and Finance - and serve as a unique launchpad for a future high impact role within Wahed.

Develop and Oversee Company-Wide StrategyDesign, implement, and manage OKRs across all departments. Build dashboards and define key metrics to serve as the company's single source of truth.

Drive Performance and AccountabilityRecord, track, and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs. Identify leading indicators to measure performance and recommend course corrections.

Support Executive Decision-MakingWork closely with the CEO, preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership. Ensure strategic information is organized, accessible, and actionable.

Transform Data into InsightsCreate clear, concise, and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives.

Job Specification:

Qualifications & Experience1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy at a high-growth technology company. Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, MixPanel, Segment).Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script for process automation is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to enhance workflows.
