. Many ISB Academic Associates often pursue a Ph.D. at internationally renowned universities or business schools, or transition into teaching positions at well-known universities.
You will primarily support faculty in course delivery, manage academic activities, and ensure smooth classroom operations -- from facilitating sessions and grading assignments to enabling engaging learning experiences. Additionally, you will have a
unique opportunity to pursue one of the two structured certification tracks
as part of our

Qualifications

Educational Background:
Master's degree required. (Strategic Management, General Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields).
Candidates pursuing or holding a PhD in Strategy, OB, Management, or related areas are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, candidates with the following background or expertise will be at an advantage.
Strong academic foundation in courses such as Strategic Management, Corporate Strategy, Competitive Strategy, Business Policy, Organizational Design, and Leadership.
Ability to analyze case studies, strategic scenarios, business models, industry structures, and global competitive landscapes.
Experience with qualitative research, content analysis, case writing, or literature reviews.
Comfort with quantitative tools such as Excel-based analysis, SPSS, or basic statistical reasoning.
Ability to understand and interpret real-world business situations, organizational issues, or corporate decision-making processes.
Internship or work experience in consulting, business analysis, market research, corporate strategy, HR/OB roles, or entrepreneurship.

Fundamental proficiency in mathematics and statistics.
Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, and academic support in higher education setup preferred.
Familiarity with MS Excel functions, including data sorting, VLOOKUP, filters, descriptive statistics, and chart creation.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for managing course materials and student data are desirable.

Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, offer personalized support, and assist with understanding course content. Conduct tutorials and offer targeted academic assistance. Ensure students receive timely help with their queries and develop key academic skills.

Ensure fulfilment of audit requirements by accurately documenting all grading, student communications, and course-related interactions. Maintain organized records to support internal audits and compliance reviews.

Audit courses for certification requirements (teaching or research).
Attend workshops, seminars, and peer learning sessions focused on both instructional strategies and research development.
Participate in faculty-led research projects to develop research skills and gain experience, enhancing overall research competencies (subject to opportunity).
