Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Strategist cum Content Writer to lead and execute content strategies across digital platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering impactful content that aligns with brand strategy, supports marketing goals, and strengthens the overall voice of the organization. This role requires excellent writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior writers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the content creation process from ideation to final execution across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Develop and maintain content guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft engaging campaigns, product launches, blogs, social media content, and email marketing assets. Present content strategies and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. Mentor and guide junior content creators/writers, providing constructive feedback and support. Stay updated with industry trends, SEO best practices, and digital content innovations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content writing, strategy, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of written work. Proficiency in bilingual grammar, storytelling, and content development. Proficiency in digital platforms and familiarity with SEO practices. Basic knowledge of content planning tools and analytics platforms. Excellent research skills, creativity, and adaptability in writing for diverse audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
