Position : Strategic Startup Ecosystem Intern
Location : Pune

We are looking for a high-potential, globally competitive intern who has exposure to startup incubators, accelerators, startup cells, or early-stage ecosystems and wants to build a serious career in startups, venture capital, incubation, or strategic roles.
This is not a clerical internship.
This is a thinking + execution role designed for someone who wants to understand how startups raise money, build credibility, and access powerful networks.

You will work closely with leadership on real startup initiatives, investor research, pitch decks, and ecosystem outreach.

???? Key Responsibilities
1?? Startup Ecosystem & Incubation Support
Assist in working with startup incubators, accelerators, and innovation programs

Help structure startup ideas into clear, fundable narratives

Support applications for:

Incubators

Accelerators

Fellowships

Innovation programs

2?? Pitch Deck & Presentation Assistance
Assist in creating and refining:

Investor pitch decks

Grant & fellowship decks

Demo Day presentations

Research best practices from global VC-standard pitch decks

Help with:

Market research

Competitor analysis

Slide structuring & storytelling

(You don't need to be an expert--just smart, curious, and willing to learn fast.)

3?? Investor & Grant Research
Research and build structured databases of:

Angel investors

Venture Capital firms

Government grants

Innovation & CSR funds

Identify:

Eligibility criteria

Application processes

Key decision-makers

Assist in matching startups with right funding opportunities

4?? Founder, Investor & Ecosystem Outreach
Assist in reaching out to:

Startup founders

Incubator managers

Angel investors

Ecosystem leaders

Support in setting up meetings with top-tier founders and leaders, including founders at the level of Peyush Bansal

Learn how cold + warm outreach actually works at senior levels

5?? Podcast & Media Outreach
Research:

Startup podcasts

YouTube channels

Ecosystem media platforms

Help pitch stories for:

Founder interviews

Project features

Assist in scheduling and coordination
