About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Strategic Sourcing Manager. In this exciting opportunity, you will contribute significantly to our business by developing fruitful supplier and partner relationships, focusing on customer, stakeholder, and business needs. As the incumbent, you will oversee and negotiate supplier/partner agreements for external procurement and licensing of products and services. Furthermore, you will manage these relationships, driving business contribution, maintaining high performance standards, and effectively managing risks, with full responsibility for commercial agreements.

You will do:

Execute the Source to Agreement process, including understanding business requirements (scope), preparing and executing RFx processes, evaluating and selecting suppliers, conducting negotiations, and administering supplier agreements. Handle the transfer to the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process. Adhere strictly to the Sourcing Group's guiding documentation, processes, and tools. Promote adherence to compliance standards and responsible sourcing practices. Undertake additional responsibilities, wherever required, in compliance with unit requirements.

Education:

Engineering Graduate with preferred Management Degree/Master Diploma

Min years of experience:

8+ years of experience in Sourcing, preferred in Telecom sector

Knowledge:

Exposure to Sourcing Tools like SAP, Oracle Financials, Ariba etc, Telecom Installation Services Sourcing Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy
