Location: Building No 12D, Floor 5, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India Role: Strategic Sourcing Lead(DT) Location: Hyderbad/Bangalore Full/ Part-time: Full Time About the role The Strategic Sourcing Leader role is a critical designation holding end-to-end responsibility of the Strategic Sourcing function. As a primary stakeholder of the Strategic Sourcing function, you will be responsible for the build, run, and sustenance of the segment as well as the entire encompassing initiatives involving the strategy, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the function. This role required a deep understanding of both Global and Local sourcing nuances involved in sourcing and vendor management. As the leader, you are expected to develop the holistic strategic map of the strategic sourcing function in collaboration with the existing teams, structures and resources across the Global span of the organization. Your key imperatives will be to ensure seamless implementation and execution of the sourcing processes, post development of the holistic strategy, - which constitute vendor management, contract management, sourcing enablement, relationship establishment and enhancement, and regulatory compliance You are expected to be a competent strategist, proactive relationship builder, and operationally sound in the face of a complex sourcing landscape. Working around problems, and enabling positive influence in a fast-paced, collaborative, environment is a must. Harboring knowledge of both Global and Local norms is a primary expectation as the role requires the leader to navigate the cendor, contracts and resource landscape while maintaining alignment to critical compliance, regulatory and statutory mandates. You are expected to collaborate and work with different Carrier segment leaders (BUDTs, SSCs & CoEs) to understand current and subsequent organizational requirements and establish appropriate systems to support their requirements. You are expected to hold sound capability in vendor management and establish positive relationships to ensure a beneficial quotient for the organization. As a sourcing leader your responsibility includes optimization of the function processes, managing the team/resources and create a quality as well as cost advantage for the organization leveraging the vendor landscape. You will also be responsible to draw out the strategy plans to drive programs & initiatives by leveraging the latest technology that will enhance the digital capabilities of the organization. As a leader you will be entrusted with the task to progressively digitize the various processes of the function and lead decisions with rational backing to adopt technology whenever and wherever necessary You will be leading a team and managing portfolios of vendors/resources with a diverse array of talents & responsibilities and design program performance KPIs. You will also be responsible for enabling benchmarking of the initiatives, relationships and existing engagements within the function to help understand as well as gauge the performance of different strategic sourcing elements. You will be engaging with global leadership to align and optimize existing and upcoming programs. Primary responsibilities : As a Strategic Sourcing Lead , you\'ll be responsible for: Strategize the global + local functioning structure as well as charter of the strategic sourcing function. Develop the implementation and process maps for both - Vendor and Contract sides of the strategic sourcing function and ensure seamless implementation of the same Play the key role in developing new vendor relationships, maintaining existing relationships and maximizing value from both Ensure contract management processes, guidelines and methodologies are disbursed religiously to ensure maximum visibility, transparency, and effectiveness of contracts Ascertain compliance to policies, regulatory requirements, and laws governing contracts, vendors, relationships etc across the required regions of functioning Work to improve and maintain quality, efficiency, and favorability of contracts and resources Enable high complexity sourcing initiatives from development to execution by guiding and supporting teams throughout the journey Build and maintain a robust methodology to measure performance, reliability, KPIs as well as other parameters of contracts, resources, and vendors and transform this information into interpretable insights/reports for the leadership Establish feedback systems and processes to proactively incorporate changes to supplant any lapses in functioning of the strategic sourcing segment Plan gap assessments on programs and governance execution and continually improvise the capabilities Timely and accurate reporting of the function and its comprising elements status\' throughout its life cycle Develop, expand, and enhance the function through resources addition, new initiatives, and deployment of new technologies/capabilities Desired Candidate Profile Must have 12-15 years overall experience, with 5-7 years in a leadership role in strategic sourcing Experience in Program management, Vendor relations, resource organization, contract management, global and local compliance, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget Experience and Skills Required: Seasoned with Agile & PM processes and tools (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean Atlassian Suite) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions, and collaboratively implement changes Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interface effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, including executive and senior management teams as well as vendors, partners, and organizations Ability to utilize CRMs to log and maintain critical information of the function Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment Experience working with bigger and more complex programs Exposure to process/product management tools and frameworks Ability to create and design evaluation reports, templates, frameworks, and approach notes Education Bachelor\'s Degree (STEM), preferred MBA Graduate / PMP Certified Job Level Strategy/Ops/Sourcing Leader Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
