The Strategic Sourcing Executive will be responsible for planning and purchasing garments for our wholesale business in line with seasonal and market demand. The role involves analyzing purchase trends, suggesting the right time to buy stock for summer/winter/festive seasons, negotiating with suppliers for the best prices, and ensuring the right designs and sizes are sourced on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and build sourcing strategies for seasonal requirements (summer, winter, festive).
Identify the right buying periods to avail discounts, bulk deals, and better payment terms.
Research kidswear trends, fast-moving designs, and competitor activities to recommend stock purchases.
Negotiate with suppliers and wholesalers on pricing, quality, sizes, and delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term benefits.
Coordinate with sales team to align purchases with customer demand.
Monitor inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier details, and cost-saving reports.
Suggest new sourcing opportunities and alternate suppliers to reduce risks.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Textiles, or related field.
1-3years of experience in sourcing, procurement in (Graments/Footwear Industry)
