Description & Qualifications

Description Base requirement / Knowledge/ Skills:

• Knowledge of the end-to-end Procurement process spanning Source-to-Procure and Procure-to-Pay process.
• Good hands-on experience of working on P2P platforms such as Microsoft D365 (MUST) , SAP , Oracle etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to solve a range of straightforward problems.
• Ability to analyse possible solutions using defined procedures.
• Ability to work as a team player in a global team environment with minimal supervision.
• Professional, self-motivated, demonstrate pro activeness with an ability to achieve results. Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Positive attitude with Innovative thinking
• Should be ready to work in shifts (3pm to 12am India time).

Role:

• Primarily responsible for performing tactical procurement work for all UKG offices worldwide.
• Purchase order management: Using a P2P platform, accurate and timely creation, and issuance of purchase orders to vendors as per agreed TAT (turnaround times) and in compliance with Global Procurement policy.
• Review closure of Open purchase orders on a periodic basis in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform, Oracle etc.
• Perform a check on Purchasing Requests received to ensure compliance with the Procurement policy / guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse process- oriented tasks and situations; show an aptitude for suggesting improvements in present work areas with reasonable independence.
• Update and manage Contracts repository in physical form and soft form.
• Demonstrate 100% adherence to Corporate Global Procurement policy.
• Ability to address any internal or external audit observations in Procurement function.

Additional skills:

• Proficient in MS office: MS Excel and Power Point applications.
• Good at verbal and written English communication to enable working in a global environment.
• Excellent understanding of process workflows, procurement processes.
• Previous working experience in Global capability centers based out of NCR (National capital ) region , preferably Noida .
