What success looks like in this role:



Purpose of Role



The Strategic Solution Architect contributes to high-quality, delivery-ready GDS solutions through consistent execution, increasing independence, and learning. They support more complex deals, gain exposure to strategy, and serve as a reliable technical and process contributor.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Deliver Solution Components



Own smaller opportunities end-to-end, and support larger deals alongside S5/S6 Contribute clearly defined design elements, cost estimates, and artefacts Participate in internal and external reviews

2. Learn and Improve



Build cross-tower knowledge and commercial fluency Use guidance and feedback to improve capability over time Ask for development feedback and act on it

3. Engage with Clients and Stakeholders



Support presales engagements and presentations Communicate clearly with Sales, Delivery, and SMEs Build confidence and credibility through preparation and clarity

4. Support Team Development



Contribute artefacts, ideas, and insight to the SA community Participate actively in solution reviews, retros, and enablement sessions Help uplift shared team maturity

You will be successful in this role if you have:



Required Experience



8+ Years of experience in ITIL Framework Some service delivery, solution design, or presales Familiarity with ITSM and related GDS service areas Experience contributing to presales or implementation artefacts Strong communication and planning skills Desire and commitment to grow into full solution ownership
