The Customer Growth and Retention Marketing Team play a crucial role in developing and deploying strategies to accelerate revenue generated from Prospects, our Investors and Members. By attracting new prospects and retaining our customers to become their Pension and Investment platform of choice.

About your role
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the overarching, integrated marketing strategy for GPS. You will be accountable for driving impactful, integrated marketing initiatives, based on consumer, market and performance insights all aimed at bolstering the organisation's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include uniting Marketing, Content and Public Relations to ensure collective progress towards our goals:
GPS Brand Marketing: Oversee the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the brand strategy for GPS - Crucial for enhancing prospect and customer awareness of our full range of products and services. The strategy will educate, inspire and instil confidence in Fidelity, thereby fuelling consideration and conversion. Strategic change initiatives: Lead and support the organisation through strategic change, driving commercial, capability and performance transformations that bolster Marketing and Engagement.
You'll support both our Personal Investing and Workplace Investing businesses. Additionally, you will have a passion for people leadership, with responsibility for a direct report.
