Job Summary:



Within the Global Procurement Plus organization delivering for the Accenture internal client, the External Talent Supply Chain Strategy Lead, will support design, define, & innovate P+ ET strategy. Working closely with P+ ET Delivery in Operations to execute projects and partner with P+ CS&S business stakeholders to ensure alignment to priorities and objectives.


This role will involve building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, supporting External Talent team members with a particular focus on Market level supplier strategy and alignment to strategic projects. The role will also require deep collaboration with stakeholders to align on initiatives and solutions; as well as promotion through influence and communication prowess.


In addition, the role will involve leading the development of the ET strategic supplier partnerships to unlock 360 value and drive shared success.


The role will also provide ongoing support to facilitate global and local initiatives & implementations.

Note: ET = All Talent Accenture sources, incl. Permanent Recruiting (all levels), Flex/Contractor/Temps, SoW/Services, Gig/Freelancers, Luminaries & HTD/Academy Models.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Strategic & Relationship Management

+ Create, design and solution ET Strategy in line with business goals and priorities, defining Market and MU objectives and targets.
+ Support implementation of the Global & Regional ET strategies across a range of programs and initiatives.
+ Collaborate with all ET Global, Market & MU Leads or members
+ Monitor ET coverage and designated areas of responsibility.
+ Manage global, regional and pillar specific stakeholder relationships, both internal and external (in particular: strategic supplier partnerships, HR relationships), in order to drive deep collaboration with ET strategy and ideation in areas of demand management, sales/ opportunities, analytics and market information

Reporting & Insights:

+ Maintain & monitor established Monthly reporting across various tools to share both internally within External talent and also to our stakeholders with read-outs
+ Analyse data to identify trends/insights that can drive appropriate ET strategy to support internal and external objectives.
+ Provide input to Operations ET delivery on RFP/competitive bidding, e-sourcing & e-auctions tool utilization.
+ Drive strategic negotiations and commercials strategy

Supplier Management

+ Promote greater use of Global or Regional Strategic Providers
+ Manage local supplier relationships in line with Global and 360 Value Mgmt. strategy
+ Rally the Global or Regional Strategic Providers for innovation/ ideation
+ Promote Global or Regional Strategic Providers & build relationships to local teams

Deploy & monitor compliance to global procurement process.

+ When applicable, support development of global end to end procurement process, templates and tools
+ Partner with Ops delivery to ensure process adjustment, as required, to meet unique regional category specific requirements
+ Ensure the highest level of compliance with local legislation, regulations and Accenture policies.

Team Cohesiveness

+ Participate actively in ET Regional & Global sessions and foster team spirit at local level
+ Lead community: Schedule team meetings, encourage synergies & knowledge sharing
+ Collaborate effectively in a matrix organization with indirect and direct reporting relationships.
+ Ability to work effectively in remote and virtual environment

Professional & Technical Skills:

Additional Information:



Experience + Deep working experience in ET industry, with Procurement & Talent' experience
+ Ability to understand client requirements and executing Procurement strategies to meet those requirements
+ Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management
+ Good understanding of Procurement processes
+ Good understanding of ET industry
+ Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
+ BI dashboard experience desired
+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

+ SIA CCWP Certification desired.
Other details: + This position is based at our Bengaluru office
+ Traveling to other office locations may be occasionally required
