The Big Picture

An opportunity has opened up to join the Office of the CPO in a multifaceted role that blends program coordination, strategic execution, and executive collaboration. This position is designed for someone who enjoys working across functions, thrives in fast-paced settings, and is eager to contribute meaningfully to the organization's long-term growth. It's important to note that this is

not an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role

, but rather a

hybrid opportunity

that allows for involvement in high-impact projects, operational planning, and leadership support.

The selected individual will be responsible for tracking key development initiatives, managing one or two high-impact projects (aligned with their interests, skills, and appetite for challenges), coordinating schedules and logistics for the CPO, and supporting the creation of clear, concise communications and reports. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is driven by the desire to contribute to impactful outcomes. It also offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to strategic initiatives shaping the future direction of the organization.

What you can expect as a Strategic Programs Associate/Lead at Illumine-i:

1. Follow-ups & Coordination on all efforts in the two divisions that the CPO Lead: (1) Products & Technology, (2) Project Development:

Track and manage all ongoing R&D and development initiatives, product development tasks, and cross-functional activities. Maintain clear visibility into progress, blockers, and priorities across direct and indirect reports. Facilitate weekly syncs, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure alignment and accountability.

2. Strategy/Execution Project:

This will be a project that you will manage, be it finding new solutions to take to the market, build software, deploying AI, build hardware, etc. One project which will be your pet project to plan, build and execute for the company which in line with the company's long-term vision as well. The CPO will provide support, mentoring and help at a very high level. Drive end-to-end execution, from ideation and planning to delivery and reporting. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

3. Executive Support & Calendar Management:

Manage the CPO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for his work travels. Prepare briefing materials, ensure timely follow-ups, and optimize time allocation. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

4. Reporting & Communication

Draft internal updates, reports, and executive communications. Create visually engaging presentations and concise summaries for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure consistent and clear messaging across channels.

Essential qualifications include:

3-5 years of relevant experience with degree in any Engineering. Not interested in a 9-to-5 job. Doesn't say no to challenges. Dabble with AI tools. * Most important of all, ability to communicate effectively and concisely.
