We are looking for a smart, confident, and outgoing Partnership Manager who can hunt, onboard, and manage partners end-to-end. This role requires someone who is strong at relationship building, calls, negotiations, CRM handling, and basic financial coordination, and is comfortable working with both Indian and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hunt and onboard strategic Indian and international partners
2 . Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from pitching to deal closure
3. Handle partner communication, follow-ups, and long-term relationship management
4. Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, deals, and partner information
5. Coordinate partner onboarding, documentation, and agreements
6. Track partnership performance and drive renewals, upsells, and repeat collaborations
7. Represent the company confidently in partner calls, meetings, and discussions
8. Stay updated with market trends, competitor partnerships, and industry developments
Key Skills Required:
1. Confident, outgoing personality with strong people skills
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
3. Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality
4. Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
5. 1-2 years of experience is required.
