Role Overview

IRONCLAD LAW ASSOCIATES is seeking a

Practice Development Manager

with

mandatory prior experience and strong networking presence in the financial services ecosystem

. This is a

pure networking and relationship-driven role

, focused on institutional partnerships and mandate origination.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and expand relationships with

NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Microfinance Companies, Insurance Companies, Housing Finance Companies & FinTechs

Engage with

Legal Heads, Recovery Heads, Compliance Teams & CXOs

Convert professional relationships into

retainerships, litigation portfolios, arbitration and advisory mandates

Conduct client meetings, institutional presentations, and capability discussions Represent the firm at

industry events, lender meets, conferences, and networking forums

Coordinate with Partners and Operations for onboarding and delivery Track leads, opportunities, and conversions through CRM/reporting

Mandatory Experience & Skills

3-6 years of prior experience

with

NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Microfinance Companies, Insurance Companies, Housing Finance Companies, or FinTechs

Strong

existing institutional network

within the financial services sector Proven ability to

build relationships and convert them into business

Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
