We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Strategic Partner Professional

with strong expertise in

real estate brand tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations

. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and build partnerships with

real estate brands, developers, and builders

to drive business collaborations. Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth through strategic alliances. Negotiate partnership terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners. Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align partnership goals with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for potential partners and management review. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in

Marketing, Business Development, or related field

. 2-5 years of experience in

Strategic Partnerships/Business Development

, preferably in

Real Estate

. Strong understanding of

real estate industry dynamics and brand collaborations

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Goal-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
