Collaborate with Marketing Directors and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop strat / profit plans and marketing roadmaps aligned with regional growth priorities and business objectives.
Translate market research insights and segment highlights into sales training materials, customer presentations, and competitive analysis to drive sales enablement.
Improve alignment with global and regional teams in order to adapt content and processes for LATAM market
Develop and support implementation of regional marketing plans by connecting with regional marketing leaders, engaging with corporate teams and managing the budget.
Identify and recommend emerging digital tools, channels, and best practices relevant to the LATAM market.
Track, monitor, and report progress of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI, improve market execution and strengthen regional market positioning.
Provide operational support to various PLMs, Marketing Directors, VPs, and other senior leaders.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
Good understanding of market research reports, whitepapers, segment developments, product updates, etc
Bilingual: English required; Spanish / Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, PowerBI), PowerPoint and marketing platforms.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and across geographies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in management or marketing
3 - 6 years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing operations, or product strategy
Experience working in or with LATAM markets is a distinct advantage
Skills:

Background in a manufacturing industry or an industrial environment is preferable.
Strong demonstration of ability to work collaboratively with a wide cross section of teams - research analysts, PLMs, marketing, MarCom and the leadership team.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders.
