About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Lead with strong expertise in SEO strategy, website design, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving website performance, improving search engine visibility, and aligning digital strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.

- Lead the planning, design, and optimization of websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand identity.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns and platforms.

- Monitor website analytics, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and UX best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

- Drive strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO strategy, website design, and digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, site architecture, and performance optimization.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for integrated digital strategies.

- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and content strategy.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
