We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead and grow innovative music and entertainment IPs with a strong focus on experiential marketing, strategic brand integrations, and event curation. The role is central to the creation, management, and monetization of cutting-edge intellectual properties across live entertainment and music platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing high-impact strategies that drive brand engagement, revenue generation, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
IP Creation & Event Curation:
Lead the ideation, curation, and execution of large-scale music and lifestyle properties.
Continuously scout trends and global formats to introduce unique, first-of-its-kind experiences into the Indian market.
Conceptualize and produce immersive entertainment formats that resonate with today's youth and pop-culture consumers.
Business Ownership & P&L Management:
Own the full business lifecycle of curated IPs, from conceptualization to delivery and post-event analysis.
Ensure profitable P&L management for each property with long-term sustainability in mind.
Build revenue models leveraging sponsorships, ticketing, merchandising, digital content, and strategic brand partnerships.
Strategic Marketing & Communication:
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to maximize property visibility and engagement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, creative, and brand to ensure alignment on objectives.
Deliver campaigns that enhance brand awareness and meet aggressive ROI goals for stakeholders and sponsors.
Revenue Generation & Client Engagement:
Build innovative brand solutions that integrate seamlessly into entertainment experiences.
Secure and grow high-value sponsorships, alliances, and barter deals with leading consumer brands.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities through active market intelligence and client relationships to ensure maximum ROI.
Leadership & Team Building:
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-disciplinary teams across creative, production, and sales functions.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in accountability and innovation.
Inspire a team of creators and marketers to push boundaries and deliver disruptive experiences.
Market Research & Innovation:
Stay ahead of market trends, youth behavior, and global entertainment innovations to fuel property evolution.
Analyze audience insights and feedback to fine-tune concepts and optimize performance.
Original Music Business Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the development of original music and live performance formats in India.
Spearhead partnerships with artists, labels, and platforms to build a robust content ecosystem.
Candidate Profile:
An
experiential marketing specialist
with experience in
revenue-responsible creative functions
across diverse brand and entertainment ecosystems in India.
Entrepreneurial mindset
with a strong bias for action and innovation.
Proven track record in
building profitable IPs
, managing P&L, and delivering consistent business growth.
Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to sell big ideas to major brands.

Preferred Background:
Prior experience in
event IP development, live entertainment, radio/channel sales, branded content, or music industry leadership.
Well-networked with strong industry relationships across brand marketers, artists, agencies, and production partners.
Educational Qualification:
Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication from a reputed institute.
