ommunication:

Help senior leaders (including ExCo members) communicate with confidence, clarity and authenticity. Provide them with the right tools, content, and strategies for impactful, two-way internal communication.

Key stakeholders:

Senior leaders and subject matter experts in the AEU region (especially India) Strategic Internal Comms, Change and Cultural Experience Team

Work % distribution:

40% India culture and transformation, aligning to global AMS culture, employee value proposition

40% Pune GCC- project communications (owning and executing), Global GCC- re-naming, building a GCC high performing work culture globally

20% CST AEU supporting regional and global initiatives and stakeholders

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

Drive cultural alignment in India:

Help employees in India connect with AMS's global values, behaviours, and ways of working by acting as a change agent and role model.

Use data to guide strategy:

Leverage employee insights and data to shape communication strategies and influence leadership decisions.

Manage communication risks:

Identify potential risks and mitigations to develop clear, strategic communication plans for leaders and internal audiences.

Support crisis or external comms as needed:

Assist leaders with communication during sensitive or high-impact situations.

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

Believes in the power of culture to drive business success. A solid understanding of change methodologies and transformation success metrics.

Strong relationship builder:

Builds trust with stakeholders at all levels and across regions. Confident in influencing and guiding leaders, even when challenging them, with empathy and professionalism.

Clear and impactful messaging:

Can turn complex topics into simple, engaging messages that connect with employees across different roles and regions.
