Titan, a leading company in the retail industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As the Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing key strategic initiatives for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the company
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
Monitor and track progress of initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior management
Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges in the execution of initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
