Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open positions on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documents.
Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Gather employee feedback and support workplace improvement activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance & Compliance
Support in performance review process and appraisal documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Assist in audits, statutory filings, and compliance reports.
