Organization Representative

- Acts as the single point of contact between the startup hub and the organization.

Strategic Liaison

- Ensures alignment of startup hub activities with the organization's goals.

Innovation Advocate

- Promotes a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration on behalf of the organization.

Resource Facilitator

- Connects startups with the organization's resources, expertise, and networks.

Compliance Custodian

- Ensures organizational policies, ethics, and confidentiality are upheld during collaborations.

Responsibilities

1. Representation & Networking

Attend startup hub meetings, events, and workshops on behalf of the organization. Build relationships with startups, mentors, investors, and industry experts. Showcase the organization's expertise, capabilities, and contributions.

2. Information Flow & Reporting

Communicate updates, opportunities, and learnings from the startup hub to internal stakeholders. Submit periodic reports to leadership on activities, potential collaborations, and outcomes.

3. Collaboration & Support

Identify startups or projects aligned with the organization's strategic interests. Facilitate joint projects, pilot programs, or mentorship opportunities. Provide feedback and guidance to startups when required.

4. Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and business models discussed in the startup hub. Share innovative practices and insights with the organization. Suggest opportunities for research, product development, or partnerships.

5. Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and ethical standards during collaborations. Safeguard the organization's intellectual property and confidential information. Represent the organization in decision-making forums of the startup hub.

6. Value Creation & Impact Measurement

Track outcomes from startup hub involvement (new ideas, partnerships, talent pipeline, business growth). Recommend strategies to maximize organizational benefits from the startup hub.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
