About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function at OCM Pvt. Ltd. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive people strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations, and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
2. Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) effectively, ensuring harmonious relations with workmen and unions.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations.
- Liaise with government and statutory bodies to handle inspections, audits, and compliances.
3. Talent Management & Development
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and capability building across all levels.
- Design and implement learning & development frameworks.
- Lead performance management systems, ensuring objective evaluation and merit-based growth.
4. HR Operations & Policy
- Formulate, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of grievance redressal mechanisms.
5. Culture & Change Management
- Champion organizational values and drive cultural transformation initiatives.
- Lead HR digitalization and modern practices for operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 12-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing / textiles sector.
- Strong expertise in IR, labour laws, statutory compliances, and union management.
- Proven ability to build strategic HR frameworks and implement change initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
