Time Zone Requirments At least half day (4 hours) EST/Half IST Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required: Graduate, PMP/Prince 2/ any other project management certification will be an added bonus Minimum Years of Experience: 6 year(s) of progressive managerial roles involving people, processes, training and evaluation, project management & Summary The Strategic Hiring initiative aims to create a multi-disciplinary resource pool that can fill strategic and urgent hiring needs within various business units under Business Services within PwC India Acceleration Center.It\'s a key initiative supporting the Acceleration Centers (ACs) growth strategy to help quickly scale operations at the ACs. Each new hire in the pool will be trained in multiple disciplines, will learn about PwC\'s values and mission, and participate in activities to get to know the different teams within the firm. The key value proposition of the Strategic Hiring pool is that each new hire can contribute with their unique experiences and acquire new knowledge that will help us achieve collective growth in different enable functions within the firm. The Strategic Hiring operations manager will be responsible for leading the Strategic Hiring initiative across both Bangalore and Kolkata AC locations. The role demands an agile project manager who is able to collaborate with multiple functions like Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, Learning and Development, various US and AC Business functions to ensure end-to-end implementation of the strategy starting from recruitment and onboarding, to training, engagement and allocation of resources in different functions. The Strategic Hiring operations manager must display strong management skills an ability to establish work standards and expectations for self and others the ability to appropriately assign/delegate work and authority to others to help accomplish goals ability to provide coaching, advice, and assistance as required to help others overcome obstacles and deal with problems ability to help assess contributions and performance of team members, recognizing contributions and , dealing with problems/risks as they arise. Must have experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and getting things done involving multiple senior staff by building strong working relationships. Ability to influence people beyond your immediate span of control to get things done. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving operating as advisor and business partner to achieve a network of global firms\' business priorities and goals through the successful execution of product and experience strategy, emphasizing the following areas: Collaborating with stakeholder groups to drive digital channels and solutions and account for critical dependencies with other projects, products, programs, and initiatives Being abreast of best-in-class project management methodologies, tools and templates and implementing the same for the project Ability to influence people beyond your immediate span of control to get things done Ensuring maintenance and tracking of data and subsequent reporting to leadership as required Prioritizing requests and managing project deadlines and deliverables Managing channel operations & governance, creating best practice documentation Working across teams, time zones and territories and overseeing digital publishing teams and deliverables Using technology, tools and methodologies that enable communications, product and experience productivity such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google platforms and tools, collaboration & issue management tools, content management systems Agile and other development/ project management methodologies and more Communicating and writing effectively with impact and shifting easily from technical specifics to communications and change vocabulary depending on the intended audience Exhibiting commitment to continuous improvement through innovation and simplification Applying industry-leading practices and educating team members on how to do the same and, Creating deliverables with the highest standards of quality and accuracy Ability to provide leadership in setting the team member\'s expected performance levels.
