Global Legal Network (GLN) is a group of professionals operating globally from 10 countries. It provides a broad spectrum of differentiated services - focused on delivering value and innovation. We partner with Legal teams across Accenture to build efficiencies and centres of excellence related to Legal services; and through our size, geographic spread and language diversity, the Global Legal Network is able to drive quality, agility and speed in our services, aligned to Accenture's relentless focus on maximum efficiency and operational effectiveness. Global Services Legal Technology specializes in a wide range of topics to support the strategy of Accenture's Technology business and its practices, which include, among others, Data & AI, Security, Cloud Services, Infrastructure Engineering/Networks, as well as the go-to-market relationships with Ecosystem Partners. We assess and advise on the evolving legal landscape in which we conduct our business, engage in effective relationships with our strategic partners and clients, and evaluate risks to protect our growth without compromising our reputation.

What are we looking for?

Knowledge Skills and Experience o Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on technology product development or transactions. o Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies. o Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings/solutions, including with respect to technology (e.g. cloud & edge computing, telecommunications/network services, cybersecurity, data, AI). o Track record of developing trusted relationships with senior business leaders. o Experience evaluating new product and service offerings, including consideration of innovative commercial models and deal shaping. o Project Management knowledge/skills desired Behaviours and Attributes o Strong interest in learning about emerging technologies. o Commitment to a creative, inclusive, and diverse workplace. o Ability to build a sense of belonging in a team and establish a sense of common purpose inside the larger Accenture Legal department. o Focus on analysis of the business, guidance to the right business and legal teams and industrialisation of more mature processes. o Open to learn, work with and understand cross-cultures and locations throughout the Accenture global organisation. o Ability to prioritize own work and help others manage team's priorities. o Proficiency in business research, metrics analysis and building reports for internal use o Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to develop materials to enable briefings to senior leadership within business and Legal teams


Roles and Responsibilities:

oKey Responsibilities o Provide Legal Support for the Technology business team in conducting assessments of new service and product offerings and preparing those offerings for market. o Collaborate with colleagues across Legal and Quality & Risk to identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Enable Accenture's Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently manage day-to-day contracting, including developing contracting templates, guidance and providing subject matter expert (SME) support to deal teams. o Supporting Accenture's Ventures & Acquisitions Legal team and business leadership in the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets related to the Technology business & its practices, develop and implement post-merger integration strategy.
