Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives & Operations

Lead and support strategic projects and core operational initiatives across functions, collaborating directly with the CEO to drive business priorities and outcomes.

Financial Modeling & Insights

Build financial models, perform deep-dive analytical assessments, and generate insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.

Investor Relations & Reporting

Prepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and board-level presentations, while managing communication and responses to investor and analyst inquiries.

Performance Tracking & Review

Monitor key business metrics, run monthly and quarterly reviews, and evaluate performance trends to highlight opportunities for growth and optimization.

Research & Strategy Support

Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to support strategic planning and long-term vision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, FP&A, business operations, or similar analytical roles.
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in financial modeling and data-driven problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with senior leadership and investors.
High ownership mindset, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity.
