Responsibilities
Use your active employer accounts to post Sales roles and attract qualified candidates .
Generate and deliver high-quality, compliant leads aligned with our job requirements.
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and candidate flow; complete timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Active employer account on Indeed, LinkedIn, or ZipRecruiter (required).
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, staffing, or HR .
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Metrics-driven , self-managed, and deadline-reliable.
(Leadership Track) Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters is a plus.
