The Strategic Delivery Partner is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellence and scaling of new business engagements, customer engagement, and strategic growth for engineering services programs. This role requires a strong operational leadership, and business acumen to align delivery capabilities with market demands and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Delivery Excellence & Operational Leadership
Own P&L responsibility for large-scale engineering programs, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
NBDs: Winning and Operational excellence to establish credibility and drive growth in new business segments.
Establish and drive delivery governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives for high-quality execution.
Implement best practices, automation, and digital transformation to improve engineering productivity.
Manage escalations, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Operational excellence to establish credibility and drive growth in new business segments.
Expand to New Locations/ Divisions. Develop and implement plans to enter new geographies or business units of the customer as per the strategic account plan.
Responsible for driving healthy DEX Scores

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as a strategic Delivery partner to Global Energy clients, ensuring alignment with their engineering roadmaps.
Lead customer MRMs/QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), negotiations, and renewals to enhance business retention.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and expand relationships with senior and mid-level customers. Further establish Quest Global as the customer's preferred outsourcing partner.

Business Strategy & Growth
Large Deals. Structure, lead and close large deals by establishing relationships, devising strategic solutions and innovative business models.
Define and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for scaling delivery capabilities.
Identify and drive growth opportunities, new service offerings, and industry partnerships.
Support pre-sales & Sales, proposals, and solutioning to drive new business wins.

People & Capability Development
Special drive to build next gen leaders and leadership development programs
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams across global delivery centers.
Drive a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous upskilling.
Work with HR & L&D teams to develop talent pipeline and leadership succession plans.
Work Experience
Strong understanding of Energy domain (Power sector, Oil and Gas, Hydrogen, Renewables and industrial domains.
Delivery Management: Experience in global program execution, managed services, and outcome-based models.
Business Acumen: P&L ownership, customer negotiations, and strategic account management.
Strong Leadership & People Management: Proven track record in building and scaling large teams.
