& Responsibilities:
1. Ensure client management by addressing requirements, following up on deliverables, and
maintaining professional relationships.
2. Conduct project pre-feasibility assessments and identfy opportunities to a?ract private investment.
3. Evaluate and recommend PPP models for project implementation.
4. Plan and ensure the sustainable operaton and maintenance (O&M) of developed assets.
5. Organize investor consultatons to map potental stakeholders and address key concerns.
6. Develop market and financial feasibility reports, demand assessments, Detailed Project Reports
(DPRs), Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies, and presentations.
7. Conduct site visits, surveys, and client mee?ngs as needed.
8. Provide clients with insights into market condi?ons, pricing, and investment opportuni?es while
ensuring fair and transparent transac?ons.
9. Stay updated on the real estate and infrastructure development trends and best prac?ces.
10. Assist in bid document prepara?on, contract nego?a?ons, and transac?on advisory services.
11. Handle addi?onal responsibili?es as assigned.
12. Planning and structuring of EPC, or PPP projects.
13. Bidding process and prepara?on of tender documents.
14. Private Investment Promo?on and Financial Consultancy.
15. Demand Assessment and financial feasibility studies in Real estate and infrastructure projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Experience:
Planning and structuring: 2 years (Preferred)
EPC, or PPP projects: 2 years (Preferred)
