Roles and Responsibilities:



Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, wishes, and concerns. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services. Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote our products and services. Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling complaints or objections from clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive sales performance. Gather and share feedback from customers or prospects with internal teams to improve our offerings.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the ERP sales industry Hands-on experience in ERP software sales within the manufacturing segment preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales strategy, CRM, and customer relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving results. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
