What this job involves



On the lookout for Opportunities



You will ensure Business growth by Business Development (BD) for Engineering Services initiatives to improve our market position and achieve financial growth by working closely with the Head Business Solutions .You will work towards building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, assisting in negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

You'll be a person that collaborates with others regardless of role, business unit or location. You will be firm on principles but flexible and fair when challenged. You'll enthuse the team to be creative in "reinventing the wheel" and initiating new processes to suit Client structure and portfolio.

Understanding and managing people dynamics is core to your role. You must have a keen eye for detail and have excellent problem-solving skills

Critical ThinkingYou must possess the Ability to use logical and creative thought processes to develop solutions for short term and long-term building system's needs; make informed decisions using thoughtful analysis. you need to be able to understand problems, think critically, and devise solutions.

Your role will encompass and not be limited to:

1. New Business Development

Identifying new business opportunities, schedule meetings with potential clients and convert them into wins to increase business.

Cold call as applicable to ensure a robust pipeline.

Research and build relationships with new clients.

Set up meetings for business closures between decision makers.

Work closely with Head business Solutions to plan methodologies and pitches. Provide solutions by working with the Operations team.

Work with internal stakeholders to develop proposals that are aligned to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.



2. Planning

Attend industry functions, such as IFMA & CREDAI association events and conferences, and network with prospective customers.

Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing business footprints.

Identify opportunities for services / value-adds so as to provide client with an exceptional customer service and operational delivery.

Using knowledge of market conditions and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.



3. Administrative / Back-end support

Track progress against plan, forecast deviations in business targets and ensure objectives are met.

Support and respond to RFPs, RFIs and Pre Qualifications bids as per timelines and guidelines.

Prepare baseline presentations and commercial proposals as per the need / requirement of project.

Align proposals / presentations as per company's goal and purpose to ensure continual growth and enhance the company's performance.
