We are seeking a
Strategic Business professional
to support business growth, market expansion, and long-term planning for transformer manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements
Support business development, sales strategy, and key account planning
Identify new markets, products, and partnership opportunities
Work closely with sales, R&D, and operations teams
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and management presentations
Support pricing strategy, tender analysis, and profitability improvement
Assist management in strategic decision-making
Required Skills
Strong understanding of business strategy and market analysis
Experience in manufacturing or electrical industry preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
