Role Overview:

who thrives in fast-paced environments, can make quick decisions with clarity, and has a knack for identifying and solving business challenges. You will be closely involved in operational problem-solving, interdepartmental coordination, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business problems and provide effective, data-driven solutions Take ownership of daily issues across departments and ensure timely resolution Make confident decisions under pressure and in real-time business scenarios Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support Respond quickly and efficiently to unexpected challenges Assist in streamlining operations and enhancing productivity Participate in strategic meetings and contribute ideas for business growth Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflow or communication

Required Skills & Qualities:

MBA (Operations, Strategy, or General Management preferred) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative Fast responder and quick learner Strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of business functions like operations, supply chain Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Fluent in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
