Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in IT and ITeS segment.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team.

Key Requirements
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.

Solid understanding of the IT industry, particularly in PHP and web projects.
Expertise in lead generation and sales activities, with a results-oriented approach.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in objection handling and quick decision-making is a must.
Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
Comfortable with daily online reporting and sales tracking.
