Job Summary



We are seeking a talented enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual contributor role focused on achieving sales targets, managing in-person consultations, and driving customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, cultivate, and close strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful go-to-market plans. Build and nurture long-term client and stakeholder relationships. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and refine strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in IT and ITeS segment. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team.

Key Requirements



At least 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales with a strong record of exceeding targets. However, talented and passionate freshers can apply too. Solid understanding of the IT industry, particularly in PHP and web projects. Expertise in lead generation and sales activities, with a results-oriented approach. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful pitch decks and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Experience in objection handling and quick decision-making is a must. Must own a two-wheeler for field visits. Comfortable with daily online reporting and sales tracking.
