We are seeking a confident, well-presentable, and result-driven
Strategic Alliance Manager
to join our growing wedding industry team. This role involves
field work and office-based coordination
, with a strong focus on client meetings, relationship building, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to wedding venues, banquet halls, hotels, studios, and event locations.
Meet prospective clients, wedding planners, decorators, and event professionals to promote company services.
Take client meetings, understand their requirements, and present photography and related service offerings in a professional manner.
Generate leads through on-ground networking, referrals, cold visits, and partner alliances.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain a presentable, confident, and client-friendly appearance during all meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of booked projects.
Prepare follow-ups, proposals, quotations, and basic documentation.
Maintain daily sales activity reports, client data, and feedback.
Share market insights, competitor updates, and client preferences with management.
Qualifications & Requirements
2-3 Years of Experience in field sales, preferably in the wedding, event, hospitality, or service industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and the local language.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with both field and office responsibilities.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Male candidates only. Must be comfortable with onsite and inside sales.
