We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to handle client accounts, manage campaigns, and coordinate execution across digital and creative teams. This role focuses on strategy, client management, and campaign performance while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter)
Coordinate with content, design, and paid media teams for timely delivery
Assign and track tasks across projects to ensure deadlines are met
Prepare and present campaign updates, pitch decks, reports, and recommendations to clients
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Collaborate on paid and organic strategies to maximize client outcomes
