Job Description

1.Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory for water treatment products and services.

2.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their specific needs for water treatment.

3.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market penetration plans to expand the customer base and increase business opportunities.

4.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and train a team of sales professionals, monitoring their performance and ensuring they meet individual and team targets.

5.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and stay updated on competitors' products and services.

6.Solution Delivery: Work with clients and technical teams to understand their needs and recommend customized water treatment solutions.

7.Reporting: Prepare accurate and concise sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management.

8.Marketing & Promotions: Assist in developing marketing materials and participating in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
