Job Title: STP Technicians and Operators

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and technically skilled STP Technicians and Operators to join

our Aquatron installation and operations team. The ideal candidates will not only manage

day-to-day operations of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) but will also actively participate in

installation, commissioning, and training for new Aquatron-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

? Assist in the installation and commissioning of new Aquatron-based STP systems

at various project sites.

? Support in setting up equipment, plumbing connections, and electrical systems.

? Verify levels, flow, and connectivity as per design drawings and project specifications.

Operations & Maintenance:

? Operate and monitor STP units to ensure smooth performance and compliance with

discharge standards.

? Perform preventive maintenance, daily equipment checks, and routine cleaning

activities.

? Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance or engineering

teams for quick resolution.

? Maintain logbooks and records for flow rates, chemical usage (if any), and system

efficiency.

Training & Knowledge Development:

? Undergo hands-on training on Aquatron technology, gaining expertise in

decentralized, non-electrical treatment systems.

? Participate in future installations and support the technical team in implementing the

same.

? Stay updated with new operational procedures, environmental regulations, and safety

standards.

Coordination & Reporting:

? Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and client

representatives.

? Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on plant operations, challenges, and

maintenance activities.

? Assist during inspections, audits, and client demonstrations.

Required Technical Skills:

? Strong knowledge of sewage treatment operations, plumbing layouts, and water

flow systems.

? Ability to work with PVC, HDPE, and GI pipelines.

? Familiarity with pumps, valves, blowers, and filtration systems.

? Basic understanding of electrical connections related to STP systems.

? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&ID diagrams.

? Marathi: Preferred for Mumbai-based operations.

? Telugu: Preferred for Hyderabad-based projects.

? Kannada: Preferred for sites in Karnataka and border regions.

Educational Qualification:

? ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering

(preferred).

? Candidates with strong field experience in STP operations (even without formal

qualification) may also be considered.
