We are seeking a skilled

STP Operator

to manage the operation and maintenance of the

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

in line with environmental and safety standards. The role involves monitoring equipment, ensuring proper treatment of wastewater, and maintaining system efficiency within a building or infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor STP systems and associated equipment. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of pumps, blowers, filters, etc. Conduct regular checks of pH, TDS, BOD, COD, and other parameters. Maintain daily operational records and report anomalies. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with the MEP team for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Minimum 2 years of STP operation experience in MEP/FM/construction. Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes. Ability to read technical manuals and follow SOPs.
