About the Role:

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced STP Duty Manager to oversee the

day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)

across assigned sites.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of STP Technicians and Operators, ensure

compliance with operational standards, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and

coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation.

This role also includes technical supervision, site coordination, data reporting, and

client interaction for both existing and new Aquatron-based installations.

Required Technical Skills:

? In-depth knowledge of STP operations, including biological treatment, filtration, and

sludge management.

? Hands-on experience with pumps, blowers, valves, electrical panels, and pipeline

systems.

? Familiarity with Aquatron solid-liquid separation technology or decentralized

wastewater treatment systems (preferred).

? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and level diagrams.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and

documentation.

? Hindi: Fluent in conversation and inter-site coordination.

? Marathi: Preferred for local communication in Mumbai.

Educational Qualification:

? Diploma / Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical

Engineering.

? Certification or experience in STP operations, wastewater treatment, or O&M

management preferred.
