Role Overview
We are looking for a Storyteller who can own our brand voice and narrative across all channels -- website, social media, campaigns, product, and internal communications. You'll be the architect of our story: turning strategy into emotion, data into drama, and features into human?centric narratives that build trust, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the brand's core narrative, tone of voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
Craft compelling stories for:
Website copy (home, product, about, case studies)
Social media (posts, reels, carousels, campaigns)
Blogs, articles, and thought leadership content
Email sequences, newsletters, and nurture campaigns
Sales decks, pitch decks, and internal presentations
Translate complex product/tech/business concepts into simple, relatable, and emotionally resonant stories.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align storytelling with campaigns, launches, and business goals.
Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines, messaging pillars, and content frameworks.
Work closely with designers, video editors, and creatives to ensure story and visuals are in sync.
Audit and refine existing content to strengthen brand consistency and impact.
Stay updated on storytelling trends, audience behavior, and competitive narratives; adapt the brand story accordingly.
Measure the impact of storytelling (engagement, time on page, conversions, brand recall) and optimize based on insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in storytelling, content strategy, brand writing, or copywriting (agency, in?house, or freelance).
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; ability to write in multiple tones (conversational, professional, inspirational, witty).
Strong portfolio showcasing brand narratives, long?form content, campaign copy, and storytelling across formats.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, audience psychology, and emotional storytelling.
Experience writing for B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing / advertising is a plus.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and make them engaging for different audiences.
Comfortable working with designers, marketers, and product teams in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in a startup or fast?paced environment.
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of social media, email marketing, or ad copy.
Experience with video scripts, podcast scripts, or audio storytelling.
