Role Overview



We are seeking a

Bilingual Ghost Writer & Narrative Architect

who will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to create

high-impact books, long-form content, and thought leadership material

in

English and Bengali

.

This role is for a serious writer -- someone who reads deeply, thinks clearly, and understands how ideas, stories, emotion, and structure come together to move human beings.

You will transform raw ideas, recorded Bengali sessions, conversations, research, and frameworks into compelling written works that combine:

Clarity of logic

Depth of emotion

Transformational guidance


This is not a mechanical content role.
It is an intellectual, creative, and emotionally demanding position at the heart of IND's mission.

Key Responsibilities



A. Ghost Writing & Thought Leadership



Write

books, long-form essays, articles, speeches, and educational material

on behalf of the Founder Shape raw ideas, recordings, discussions, and research into powerful written narratives Maintain consistent voice, tone, and philosophical coherence across all material

B. Bilingual Writing & Translation



Write and translate content fluently between

English and Bengali

Ensure translations preserve

meaning, tone, emotional depth, and cultural relevance

Convert recorded Bengali sessions into structured English manuscripts

C. Narrative & Book Development



Restructure content into

logical, chapter-based formats

Insert frameworks, metaphors, stories, and real-life examples for clarity and resonance Co-develop conceptual models and learning structures where needed Iterate closely with the Founder for alignment and refinement

D. Research & Concept Development



Conduct background research on

parenting, psychology, education, neurodevelopment, social transformation

Synthesize insights from books, sessions, interviews, and experiential learning Support content planning for books, training programmes, and public communication

E. Media & Content Integration



Collaborate with Media and Marketing teams on scripts, articles, web content, campaigns, and educational resources Adapt long-form writing into formats for

video scripts, social media, and training content


Required Qualifications & Skills



Minimum

3+ years of professional writing experience

(ghost writing, editorial, journalism, content development, media writing, or similar)

Fluent, high-level writing ability in both English and Bengali

Strong storytelling instincts and narrative structuring ability

Avid reader

with exposure to literature, non-fiction, psychology, philosophy, and contemporary thought Ability to absorb complex ideas and express them with clarity for everyday readers Excellent editing, rewriting, and polishing skills Comfortable working with

audio/video-based source material


Strong Advantages



Formal training or academic background in

Media Studies, Literature, Journalism, Communication, or related fields

Prior experience with

long-form writing projects

(books, documentaries, publications) Published works (ghostwritten or under own name) Experience working with public figures, educators, or speakers Sensitivity to

neurodiversity, therapy, emotional well-being, and human development
