Role Overview

Mahatta Media Solutions is media development and localization agency, looking for an enthusiastic, talented and detail-oriented

Storyline developer

for our audio, video production and localization team. You'll be a part of the team specialized in producing and localizing media content includes articulate courses, explanatory motion graphic and animation video, eLearning and corporate & Ad film etc. across the industries IT, aviation, Pharma, Automobile, eLearning, Manufacturing, Publication, hospitality, finance etc.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing graphics for videos, developing and localize interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, 360 rise and other articulate tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premium Pro, Aftereffects for video editing

. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create engaging, learner-cantered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1.

eLearning Development

:

o Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and other articulate tools.

o Incorporate multimedia elements, animations, and simulations to enhance learner engagement.

o Develop assessments, quizzes, and scenarios aligned with learning objectives.

2.

Graphics and Video Creation

:

o Record and edit screen captures, tutorials, and instructional videos using Camtasia.

o Add voiceovers, captions, and other multimedia elements to ensure accessibility

o Design, develop, and localize interactive eLearning courses using

Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, and other Articulate tools

.

o Create visually appealing graphics and assets using

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

.

o Edit and enhance audio-video content using

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

, and other tools.

3.

Collaboration

:

o Coordinate closely with clients over the calls, meetings through emails to understand the requirements and share updates on the progress.

o Collaborate with internal and external teams including subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and stakeholders, audio and video production teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.

4.

Quality Assurance

:

o Ensure projects align with branding, style guides, and technical requirements.

o Conduct testing to ensure functionality, compatibility, and accessibility of eLearning content.

o Debug and resolve issues in Storyline and Camtasia projects.

5.

Project Management

:

o Manage multiple eLearning projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

o Maintain version control and organize files systematically for seamless collaboration.
