We are seeking a passionate and imaginative

Story & Motion Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visual concepts, animations, and motion graphics across various media Translate creative briefs and abstract ideas into compelling visual content Contribute to the storytelling process by shaping the visual narrative Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams Create visual assets such as storyboards, animation frames, and edited videos Implement feedback with a growth mindset and eye for detail
Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Training:

Degree or Diploma in Animation, Media Arts, Communication, or related creative field Additional certification in 3D or editing tools (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus
Skills & Experience:

Strong foundation in concept development and visual ideation Proven ability to write compelling scripts for animation, videos, or advertising. Proficiency in storytelling, visual structure, and creative narrative building Familiarity with storyboarding and visual communication techniques Hands-on experience with animation and video editing software
Creative Quotient & Adaptability:

Ability to adapt creative ideas to different styles, platforms, and audience types Receptive to feedback and highly collaborative in nature Strong visual sense, innovative thinking, and passion for experimentation.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory):

Working knowledge of 3D animation, 3D production pipeline, editing, or motion graphics Cross-functional team collaboration experience Strong communication and presentation skills
Portfolio Requirement:

A portfolio or showreel is mandatory :

Demonstrating scriptwriting, 3D work, and any storytelling projects.
