DIPLOMA IN MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (DMM)




1) Maintain inventory record for all materials receipt at stores


2) Preparation of Material Receipt Note for all materials received at project site in L&T Portal


3) Update stock record and daily material receipt register on daily basis


4) Manage fuel distribution at all site locations and record entry for diesel procurement


5) Prepare reconciliation of materials receipt, issued and stock


6) Maintain subcontractorwise issue records of all construction related materials


7) Experienced in weighment of all bulk materials being received at site through weighbridge


8) Experienced in posting material indents in portal as per consumption at project site on daily basis


9) Maintain records for disposal, wastage, scrap generated at site and disposed through auction


10) Preparation of all monthly store related reports regarding stock, non-moving stock, fuel reconciliation etc.
