Oversee efficient inventory management and dispatch for R&D, ensuring material availability and compliance with industry standards. Lead material planning, guide teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet project goals. Optimize processes, enforce safety and quality, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive innovation through advanced inventory systems and best practices in material handling and storage.
Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory, storage, and issuance of materials to ensure accuracy and timely availability for R&D projects.
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Dispatch Operations:

• Oversee the packaging and dispatch of prototype parts and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure on-time delivery by maintaining accurate tracking and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations.

Team Management and Cross Functional collaboration:

• Ensures store team to achieve operational goals, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to streamline store operations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to support store activities efficiently.

Process and compliance:

BE (or) Master's in Engineering. SAP Knowledge will be a Plus.
Specific knowledge

• Strong knowledge of inventory and dispatch management systems (e.g., SAP).
• Familiarity with automotive materials, components, and R&D processes.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting for inventory and dispatch.
