Job Description





We are looking for a

Stores Officer / Store Incharge

to manage

RM, PM and FG stores

at our manufacturing unit. The role is responsible for proper receipt, storage, issue and documentation of all materials as per

GMP

and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities



Material Receipt:



+ Receive

raw materials, packing materials and consumables

as per PO.
+ Check quantity, basic condition, and documents (invoice, e-way bill, COA etc.).
+ Coordinate with

QC/IPQA

for sampling and status labelling.

Storage & Handling:



+ Store materials as per

defined locations

, FEFO/FIFO rules and temperature/humidity requirements.
+ Ensure proper

identification, labelling and segregation

of approved, rejected and under-test materials.

Issuance to Production:



+ Issue materials against approved

Material Requisition / BOM

.
+ Ensure correct batch, quantity and documentation for traceability.

Stock Control & Records:



+ Maintain

GRN, stock registers, bin cards

and entries in

ERP/Excel

.
+ Do periodic

physical stock verification

, cycle counts and resolve variances.

Dispatch / FG Coordination (if applicable):



+ Coordinate with PPC/Dispatch for finished goods movement to FG store/transport.

Housekeeping & Compliance:



+ Maintain

clean, safe and GMP-compliant

store area.
+ Keep all documents updated and ready for

audits/inspections

.

Requirements



Requirements



Experience:



+

2-5 years

experience in

pharma stores/warehouse

(RM/PM/FG).

Education:



+ Graduate (Any stream).
+ Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain is an added advantage.

Skills:



+ Good working knowledge of

store processes, FEFO/FIFO, GRN, MRN

.
+ Hands-on with

Excel

(basic formulas, filters, reports) and

ERP

/inventory software.
+ Basic understanding of

GST, HSN, e-way bill

is a plus.
+ Clear communication in

Hindi & English

.
