Ramani Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Stores Manager to handle spare parts inventory, ensure smooth store operations, and support service and sales departments by maintaining accurate stock and timely availability of parts.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of spare parts store Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and documentation Ensure timely ordering and availability of genuine Volkswagen spare parts Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and vendors Monitor stock movement, inward and outward entries Prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of stores Prepare inventory and stock reports for management Follow company policies and Volkswagen standards

Eligibility:

Graduate / Diploma preferred Experience in automobile spare parts or store management required Knowledge of inventory management systems Basic computer skills (MS Office, DMS) Good communication and organizational skills
