Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols.
Train and skill the team members for future roles
Manage and reconcile daily inventory levels.
Keep stock of the inventory that is expiring.
Collaborating with marketing team to develop collaterals that can boost sales for slow moving stock.
Initiate store level marketing calendars that will keep a funnel of activity going in the store at a regular interval.
Suggest location that is best for setting up new stores.
Make the P&L report for the store on a regular basis and submit to the management.
Suggest cost improvement practices for the store.
Ensure stores are decorated as per marketing directive during festive time of the year.
Ensure POSM systems are installed on the cash counter.
Suggest workflow improvements in POSM handling processes.
Seek approvals from all stakeholders in the POSM and billing improvements processes-examine the As-Is and implement the Should-Be.
Develop tools for digital security policy of the store and ensure that all the employees are aware of the policy and the repercussions of not following the same.
Ensure cash register of the store is reconciled daily.
Ensure cash is transferred to the corporate office as per the office guidelines.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
