## Reports to: Supply Chain Manager/Operations Manager

## Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dairy storage facility. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, and meeting customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage capacity.

2. Warehouse Operations: Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of dairy products.

3. Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to food safety and quality standards.

4. Team Management: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.

5. Customer Service: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

## Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the dairy industry.

2. Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.

3. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in warehouse management or logistics are an advantage.
